The minimum amount of kitchen use per week is 8.0 hours.  Those hours may be used as a whole or broken into two, 4-hour blocks or four, 2-hour blocks.  The monthly cost for 8 hours per week = $325.00.  Utilities, dry storage, walk-in cooler storage, and freezer storage, are included in rent.

16 hours per week = $650.00 per month.

24 hours per week = $1125.00 per month.

32 hours per week = $1300.00 per month.

40 hours per week = $1625.00 per month.
